The RPG rules are quite simple. There are Attack Points (AP) and Defense Points (DP). You can purchase these items at the Urahara Shop. They are also based on battling and stuff. For exp. if you win a match I will give you about 30 AP and 10 AP. It depends on how good you do.
Try to throw in Roleplaying along with it.
Here is an example match....
Ichigo VS. Uryu
Ichigo: Ichigo glared at Uryu. "Are you sure you want to do this"?
Uryu: Uryu smiled. "Yes I am sure. You disrespected me and the Quincies for far too long"! Quincy Bow appear! It gives me a boost of 100 AP. Next Quincy Arrow! You lose 200 AP. Uryu:600 Ichigo:300
Ichigo: Ahh! That hurt too bad, Uryu why? We were friends! Now Zanpakuto roar! Zangetsu! It doubles my AP! Next Getsuga Tenshō! I gain 300 AP. Uryu:600 Ichigo:900
There are abilities. The most AP you can gain is 500 and the most you can cause the opponent to lose is 500. Only The Urahara Staff and I can approve of creations but I will show you one.

Effect:I gain 300 AP and absorb 200 AP from you.

Any effect that allows you to win, gain 600+ AP or DP, or lower your opponent's AP or DP will be unprovable.
The limit of effects in one ability is two.
Your DP is used basically as your health.
For exm. Ulquiorra has a total AP of 1200 and Ichigo has a total AP of 1100, you lose 100 DP. Once your DP is drained you lose.
There are as many rounds possible to drain your opponent's DP.
There will be Rankings, and stuff like that.

In one turn you are allowed only two abilities. Continous effects cost $300 and Hardcore effects cost $1500.
Bankai triples your AP.
Shikai doubles your AP.
Quincy Cross doubles your AP.
Ransotengai doubles your AP.
Quincy Bow adds 100 to your AP.
Zanpakuto doubles your AP.
Quincy Arrows subtracts 200 AP;for each one coming add 300.
Hollowfication quadruples your AP for one turn.
Cero adds 500 to your AP.
Kumon calls teammates for help and gains 200 AP.
Master Swordsmanship adds 200 AP to each ability per turn.
Regeneration makes everyone return to their normal AP.
Immortality allows you to not lose this round and will restart.
Empowerment allows you to boost an effect by 300 AP.
Doll has levels. But allows you to double your AP.
Hierro allows you to feel only 50% of the attack.
Bala decreases your opponent's AP by 500.
Resurreccion quaddruples your AP for 3 turns.
